ES-PDC IC ENERGOSERVICE are vector measurement data concentrators (PDC) used as part of the WAMS at energy facilities. ES-PDC are software and hardware complexes that collect vector measurements from synchronized vector measurement devices (PMUs) using the IEEE C37.118 protocol.

In addition to performing the functions of a data hub, ES-PDC also provides registration and archiving of all received data packets from the PMU to prevent data loss as a result of an outgoing communication line failure. Data from PMU is stored in cyclic archives of the internal database. In emergency modes, ES-PDC additionally provides recording of emergency event archives.
