ESM is a multifunctional measuring device that combines a three–phase multi-tariff meter for commercial electricity metering (GOST 31818.11-2012), a device for measuring electricity quality indicators (GOST 8.655-2009, GOST 30804.4.30-2013) and a multifunctional measuring converter.

ESM devices provide multi-tariff accounting of active and reactive energies. The built-in memory stores energy readings for tariff zones per day, month, year, as well as average power values. ESMS are devices for measuring electricity quality indicators of Class A or S. Based on the statistical analysis of quality parameters, a quality control protocol is automatically generated in accordance with GOST 33073-2014. In addition, in case of violation of electricity quality indicators, the ESM allows you to take into account the amount of low-quality electricity.
